Class II to IX |
Students are granted admission on the basis of availability of seats. They are required to take an admission test. |
Class X & XII |
No admission is granted except in transfer cases. |
INSTRUCTIONS FOR FEE DEPOSIT
1) The School Fee will be deposited in five Installments as per the following schedule :-Installments |

1)Fee for respective installments is to be deposited in time, failing which the name of the student will be struck of the rolls without giving any intimation. The school reserves the right for giving re-admission.
2) Fee booklet is given to the parents at the time of the declaration of Annual Results. Thereafter, no fee bills are sent by the school Non-receipt of intimation/reminder is not an excuse for delay in payment and fine.
3) Annual charges and magazine fee are to be deposited with the first installments in the months of April.
4) Fee is to be paid at BANK OF MAHARASHTRA, Dayanand Vihar by cash or cheque. In case the fee is deposited by cheque, full details of the student should be given at the back of the cheque i.e. Name, Class, Fee code number and phone number of the parents.

5) For the convenience of parents, a fee deposit box has been provided at the school reception for the cheque only.
6) Only crossed cheque should be dropped in the box. The school will not be responsible for any cash dropped in the box.
7) Fee along with late fine is to be deposited in cash in the bank only.
8) Outstation cheques are not accepted. Parents should send the A/c payee cheque in favour of “Shaheed Rajpal D.A.V. Public School Dayanand Vihar” along with pay in slip duly filled.
9) If the cheque is dishonoured, parents will have to pay request charges in lieu of cheque returned along with the fee and fine in cash only.
10) School office remains open on all working days during summer and winter vacations, for any clarifications regarding submission of school fee.

TEACHERS
Class VI to XII : 7.45 A.M. to 8.15 A.M.
Class II to V : As per prior appointment by the concerned teacher.
